Background

Jute reinforced polymer composites: Polymeric composite materials are widely using as construction materials because of several advantages such as low cost, light weight and high durability. These composite materials are made of jute fiber and polymers (polyethylene or polypropylene). The potential uses of the composite material are for making low cost housing, coastal housing, sanitation materials, chairs, tables and furniture. Moreover, it can be used as interior and exterior design materials.

Jute reinforced polymer composites

May be obtained as plates/ sheets and have high corrosion resistance. Samples may be seen at the contact address.
